Delivery service is not available on Sundays and stipulated Public Holidays.

In the event that a customer has provided an incorrect delivery address upon placing an order, NOVELA will not be held liable and no refunds or replacements will be made.

In the event of a failed delivery, a re-delivery attempt will be made and NOVELA reserves the right to charge the customer based on prevailing delivery rates.
